Opening for the National Garden Scheme and in the ‘yellow book’ – the Garden House is tucked away in the heart of the city and really is a secret garden – in Victorian times a working market garden.

Always a great place to visit for inspiration, plant and seed buying, and, of course, a range of delicious homemade cakes and refreshments!

 

The garden is organic and gives interest all year round, supporting cut flowers, vegetables, fruit, old climbing roses and a pond. There are many unique features created using recycled materials including pebble and old china mosaics.

 

You will also be able to meet our hens and see all the progress that we have made over the past year!
