Join stitch tutor Marilyn Willis for our morning workshop learning to repair, mend or decorate a garment, using a range of stitch techniques.
Learn to repair or mend a garment (eg jumper or pair of jeans), visibly or invisibly, using a range of stitch techniques. Decorative stitches can embellish a garment or visibly repair depending on colours and threads used.
Bring along a garment you would like to work on. Marilyn have a selection of threads, but if you have some you’d like to use please bring them along too! Marilyn will advise you on the day, but the best fabrics to repair or embellish are natural fibres ie cotton, linen or wool.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We give a full refund (minus the Eventbrite administrative fee) if you cancel 8 weeks or more before an event, workshop or course. Should you need to cancel within 8 weeks and are unable to attend, we ask you to find a friend to take your place. To assist you, we will also try to find someone to take your place, but if this is not possible we will not be able to offer a refund.
