In this hands on workshop Caroline Whiteman will take you through the easy steps to create your own delicious and nutrient dense ferments at home. Explore different accessible techniques to preserve your harvest, and share ideas and ways to include these foods in your everyday diet. Make Korean Kimchi, Sauerkraut and vegetables fermented in brine to take home
Enjoy a light and tasty supper and sample some pre-made fermented delicacies. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
