Garden House visit to Shropshire; June 2016

We are delighted to tell you about next years exciting summer trip to Shropshire. For those of you who have joined us on other Garden House trips, you know you can rely on us to provide a fun, friendly and informative time!
Monday June 20th Wednesday June 22nd 2016
Deborah and Bridge spent a few days this summer 2015 looking at gardens and nurseries, meeting the owners and head gardeners. Following that trip they have selected some wonderful places to visit.
2016 itinerary includes:
- Broughton Grange in Oxfordshire (created by Tom Stuart-Smith) with a walk and talk round the garden with the Head Gardener broughtongrange.com
- The Dower House in Morville with a talk by Katherine Swift, author of the engaging Morville Year and The Morville Hours
- Wollerton Old Hall (see above picture) and a talk by the head gardener wollertonoldhallgarden.com
- Stone House Cottage Nursery shcn.co.uk
- Mynd Nursery myndhardyplants.co.uk
- Whichford Pottery whichfordpottery.com
Cost: Sharing a twin room will cost £460, and a single room will be £540. It will be possible to pay in instalments.
The price includes all travel (in a comfortable executive coach), accommodation (in a four-star hotel), all visits and talks, breakfasts, two lunches and evening meals, plus a few tea and cakes and the usual, but not predictable, Garden House extras!
